Admissions

General Admissions Process

STEP 1 – Download and complete the application form and submit supporting documents to the Admissions Department in either two ways:

  1. Email all documentation to: admissions@ciraschool.com
  2. Drop off at the school

STEP 2 – Shortlisted candidates will be invited to partake in an interview (phone, Zoom, etc.) to determine eligibility and assess student’s needs. This allows families to see the school and the administration team to meet possible students and ask any questions they may have.

STEP 3 – After the review of the interview, the conditional letter of acceptance and tuition invoice will be issued to the qualified student. Our school provides several payment options for students. Please contact us for more information.

STEP 4 – After confirmation of tuition deposit payment, an official letter of acceptance and tuition receipt will be issued to the student.

STEP 5 – International students may apply for a study permit. Go to the Government of Canada’s Website for Applications to Study in Canada¬†for more information.
