Summer School 2022

Has your child struggled to keep on-track through all the challenges this school year has delivered? Do they need just a bit more support to solidify the fundamentals? Want them to get a jump on next year’s classes?

Like all school experiences over the last few months, this year’s summer learning programs will look a bit different than other years have. The exact schedule will be confirmed soon. But here’s what you can expect to see from this year’s summer school offerings:

• Face-to-face instruction on some days and remote learning on other days.
• Strict new physical distancing and other safety protocols in place to keep everyone safe.

CIRA’s Summer School program will offer a limited number of courses with health and safety protocols in place.

Please note that changing Public Health Orders may require adjustments to Summer School instructional delivery.

To register for a Summer School course, you will require a PEN (Personal Education Number) and birth date. Please ensure you have this information prior to the opening day of registration. The PEN is a unique 9-digit number issued to every student enrolled in a BC school and can be found on each student’s progress report. If you do not have this information, please request it from your home school.
